Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham continue to pursue key deals as we edge towards the midway point of the January transfer window already. Arsenal finally look to be closing in on a deal for Mykhaylo Mudryk, while they could be handed a second chance to sign Raphinha as Barcelona prepare to potentially unload the former Leeds winger already.
Chelsea continue to chase Marcus Thuram despite the signing of Joao Felix, who could make his debut against Fulham tonight. Graham Potter is also seeking a reunion with Moises Caicedo, with a move to Stamford Bridge for the Brighton midfielder reportedly now considered a real possibility.
Tottenham could face a battle with Chelsea for Pedro Porro, with Leandro Trossard also a firm target along with Marcus Edwards, though Lucas Moura could depart. Manchester United have clinched the loan signing of Wout Weghorst and now have a flurry of other players in their sights including Goncalo Ramos and Mohammed Kudus, as well as the likes of Harry Kane, Victor Osimhen, Benjamin Sesko and Jude Bellingham. Mykhaylo Mudryk backed for Arsenal transfer
It’s been the saga of the January transfer window thus far but Mykhaylo Mudryk seems destined for Arsenal.
Or, at least, that is the view of Ukrainain manager Vyacheslav Groznyi, who has tipped the Gunners to land their man.
Speaking to UA Football, he said: “No one will ever give €100m for Mudryk! And do not draw a parallel with Antony here. He played so much for Ajax and proved himself there. And Mudryk is not yet a known footballer – a dark horse for Europe, who shot this season in the Champions League.
“As for the transfer, I think the issue will be resolved at the end of January, and for the amount that Arsenal wants. The price will be quite decent, but far from what Shakhtar wants.
“The Pitmen can outplay themselves. If Mudryk is not sold to Arsenal now, they will not get such a sum for him again.”

Italian out Calciomercatoweb claim the Old Lady want to bring Kovavic to Serie A in the summer on a cut-price deal.
Kovacic will have just one year remaining on his contract with the Blues by then, should he not sign an extension.
Fellow midfielders Jorginho and N’Golo Kante are also attracting interest from abroad.
