ISTO., the renowned Portuguese menswear brand, proudly presents its latest worker jacket crafted from 100% recycled wool, just in time for autumn. In collaboration with Manteco’s MWool®, an Italian firm with 80 years of experience in wool recycling, the jacket epitomises sustainable fashion. MWool® utilises high-grade waste wool, from both pre-consumer remnants and post-consumer items, producing a material equivalent to virgin wool but with a markedly reduced environmental footprint. Uniquely, the wool for these jackets remains undyed, bypassing environmentally detrimental chemical processes. Instead, MWool® harnesses the Recype® technique, blending various recycled wool fibres to offer over 1000 natural hue options.
The jacket, available in Navy, Olive, and Charcoal, can be purchased on isto.pt for £195 / $240.
