Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer solidified its spot as one of the biggest movies of our time. For those hoping to watch the Oscar-winning movie about the brilliant scientist who created the atomic bomb and later struggles with its moral implications, Oppenheimer is now available to stream on Peacock.

After surpassing $900 million at the box office last summer, Oppenheimer reached an IMAX release box office record. Since then, the film has taken the awards season by storm, earning seven Academy Awards — including Best Picture and Nolan’s first Best Director win — five Golden Globe Awards, and eight Critics Choice Awards. Seven months after its release in theaters, the acclaimed film landed on Peacock.

Starring Cillian Murphy in his Oscar-winning portrayal of J. Robert Oppenheimer, the star-studded film is based on the biography American Prometheus: The Triumph and Tragedy of J. Robert Oppenheimer by Kai Bird and Martin J. Sherwin. The movie also stars Robert Downey Jr. — who took home the Best Supporting Actor Oscar — as the United States Atomic Energy Commission Chairman Lewis Strauss, Emily Blunt, Matt Damon, Florence Pugh, Josh Hartnett, Casey Affleck, Rami Malek, Kenneth Branagh, Benny Safdie and others.
