The meeting was hosted by German Chancellor Friedrich Merz and, along with Sir Keir and Mr Zelensky, was attended by the leaders of Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland and Sweden, as well as European Council President Antonio Costa and EU Commission president Ursula von der Leyen.
