Michelin-Star Power Comes to Crete: Omicron Hotel Group Launches Exclusive Summer Culinary Series

FashionMichelin-Star Power Comes to Crete: Omicron Hotel Group Launches Exclusive Summer Culinary Series

This summer, Omicron Hotel Group is elevating the Greek island dining scene with a world-class culinary initiative. From June to September 2025, the luxury hospitality group will host a rotating residency of Michelin-starred chefs at its acclaimed Cretan resorts: Acro Suites and Seaside: A Lifestyle Resort, both nestled along the idyllic coastline of Agia Pelagia.

Introducing: The Four Hands Menu

The series, aptly titled The Four Hands Menu, is a collaboration between Omicron’s executive chefs—Yannis Rokanas of Acro Suites and Manolis Kastanakis of Seaside—and six international culinary talents. Each guest chef will join forces with the resident chefs for a two-night gastronomic event, creating a limited-edition tasting menu that celebrates both local ingredients and their own signature style.

Dinners will be held at the resorts’ destination dining spots: Cremnos (Acro Suites), Oceano, and UMI (Seaside). Designed to highlight seasonal, locally sourced produce and sustainable practices, each menu aims to create an immersive, multi-sensory experience.
