Danish fashion brand Samsøe Samsøe has unveiled its pre-spring 2025 collection.
Titled ‘WINTER JOURNAL’, the seasonal capsule is curated in a series of photographs and scans, and consists of “timeless essentials, modern accessories, eye-catching party-wear, and thoughtful gift ideas”.
Inspired by the concept of journaling, the campaign combines analogue and digital elements, with the final assets showing in three different variations: as photographs, scans of these, and as pictures of the scans.
Shot in London, Petros Studios captures Samsøe Samsøe’s contemporary designs on Celine Tyson, Nicole Boma, and Sacha Bilal – three models who have previously worked with the brand.
Highlights in the versatile collection include a red Sanok leather jacket, a blue Saarin cardigan, a long-sleeved saelvira dress and a mens sajames brown jacket.
Commenting on the capsule, the brand say via a press release: “Altogether, the ‘WINTER JOURNAL’ campaign masters the combination of different aspects of the collection – urban essentials, partywear, gifting – through an almost poetic use of different mediums that look at photography once or twice removed and set the items into a new context through curation.”
“Despite the different occasions that are being covered by the collection and the different mediums that they are portrayed in, the imagery nevertheless comes together as a consistent and artistic whole.”
