What does Moss have in store for the future?

FashionWhat does Moss have in store for the future?

Moss is moving into the future and shaking off its old image. Menswear is having a tough time, but the brand is bringing a fashion-forward approach to the market.

With plans for new rebranded stores and a new store opening soon in Victoria, London, Moss is showing no signs of slowing down.

Find out more about the next exciting phase of Moss’s menswear below.

Suits, but not only

Moss may be known for its suits, but it now offers a whole new take on menswear, combining tailoring with everyday essentials in a bid to create a seamless, versatile wardrobe.

Safari shackets, fine merino knits and washed canvas trousers; knitted shirts, chunky mock-neck jumpers, and moleskin tailoring; suits in soft cord and silk-flecked tweed worn with Italian-silk ties and suede-trimmed loafers: it’s all part of the new Moss wardrobe. There are even chunky hiker shoes, showerproof outerwear, and a utilitarian liner gilet.

The latest AW24 collection firmly establishes the Moss man as a modern man who can dress up or down, depending on the occasion. Moving beyond suiting, the new range includes everything from tailored pieces to premium casualwear – smart knits, elevated shirts, and easy separates that are perfect for navigating the demands of modern life.

Suiting heritage

Moss may now be offering more than suits but suits are still the brand’s heritage.

Whether you’re renting a suit for a wedding, grabbing an off-the-rack blazer, or going all-in on custom-made tailoring, Moss has you covered. The brand is committed to offering top-tier service across its ready-to-wear, hire, and custom-made collections.

Moss’ suit offering is tailored to always cut it, wherever you’re headed. Soft corduroy and silk-flecked tweed suits add texture and richness to event attire, while Italian-silk ties and suede-trimmed loafers are an elegant finishing touch. Moss has taken great care to refine its tailoring this season, introducing new trouser styles and evolving relaxed-fit suits with a variety of fabrics.

Moss from top to bottom

The outerwear offering has been expanded with lightweight gilets designed for layering, and full-length wool coats for more refined style. The collection blends casual and classic styles infused with Moss’ renowned tailoring expertise. Each piece is thoughtfully designed to meet the diverse needs of the modern man, offering versatility, comfort, and timeless style.

For AW24, Moss is expanding its moleskin range to include casual and formal jackets as well as shirts, trousers, and shackets, all made in Italy. With a versatile palette featuring shades like duck egg blue, taupe, and charcoal, these pieces offer endless styling possibilities, blending timeless heritage with modern tailoring.

Elsewhere, corduroy remains a cornerstone of Moss’s collection with cord suiting in vibrant colours such as yellow, cerise-pink, and duck-egg blue, and a relaxed-fit steel blue cord suit with a 70s-inspired lower lapel.  Overshirts in seasonal tones and the ink corduroy trucker jacket offer a range of corduroy options to every Moss man.

For the new season, Moss is debuting belted trousers, a smart-casual hybrid with a wider leg and higher waist, perfect for tucking in shirts or knitwear. The season also features washed canvas trousers, inspired by utilitarian workwear, and moleskin trousers.

New Stores

Reflecting the brand’s modern identity, the new stores are sleek, stylish, and built around the customer. Each store offers a curated shopping experience, with expert stylists ready to help men put together the perfect look, no matter the occasion.

For AW24, Moss brings a rich variety of fabrics to its Custom Made range, featuring seasonal highlights such as cords, flannels, and tweeds in neutral tones like browns, khakis, and taupe, as well as vibrant shades like duck-egg blue and mulberry. Popular stripes return with new additions like the Moss grey stripe and Zegna blue stripe.

Exclusive to this season, Moss introduces premium Ermenegildo Zegna fabrics, including a wool-silk-cashmere blend and gold-toned flannel, available in limited quantities as a more premium offering.
