man has been charged with arson after a series of car fires in Camberwell, south London.
Nerijus Butkys, 30, of Jephson Street, Camberwell was arrested on Tuesday and taken to a south London police station.
He was subsequently charged on Wednesday with four counts of arson.
Police said the charges came after a series of car fires which took place between Christmas Eve and Tuesday, January 10 in the Camberwell area.
Butkys is due to appear in custody at Croydon Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, January 12.
